Best ways to prep your Overnight OatsUpdated 11 days ago

The classic prep: tip one sachet into a jar or bowl, add 150ml of milk, stir, and refrigerate overnight. Eat cold in the morning.

Want it your way? A few tested upgrades:

  • Hot oats: stir with 150ml warm milk and microwave for 60 seconds for a porridge-style bowl
  • Thicker texture: use 120ml milk + a spoon of Greek yoghurt
  • Looser texture: use 200ml milk
  • Make it a smoothie bowl: blend the prepped oats with a frozen banana
  • Toppings that work: berries, banana, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, granola

Best after 8 hours in the fridge. Eat within 48 hours.
