Can I eat ELEAT Overnight Oats warm?Updated 13 days ago
Absolutely — and a lot of our customers swear by it in the colder months.
ELEAT Overnight Oats were designed as a cold breakfast, but there's nothing stopping you warming them up once they've soaked. Here's how:
- Soak as normal — mix your oats with milk and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (overnight is best).
- Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl. If you've prepped in a glass jar, don't microwave the lid.
- Heat for 60–90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Add a little extra milk if it's too thick.
- Top and enjoy — fresh fruit, a drizzle of nut butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon, whatever you fancy.
You can also warm them on the hob in a small pan over a low heat for a couple of minutes, stirring as you go.
Heads up: warming won't affect the protein or fibre content, but the texture becomes more like a traditional porridge — creamier and softer.
