Can I prep half a serving of ELEAT Overnight Oats?Updated 13 days ago

You can, but here's the thing — we'd actually recommend prepping the whole 50g serving and saving half for tomorrow.

Why? Each serving is carefully balanced so the oats, pea protein, pumpkin seeds and flavour ingredients soak together and mix evenly. If you split the dry mix in half before soaking, you might not get a representative ratio in each portion.

The easy fix:

  1. Prep the full 50g serving with around 200ml of milk (or water).
  2. Refrigerate overnight as usual.
  3. Eat half in the morning, pop the rest back in the fridge with the lid on.
  4. Enjoy the second half within 2 days — give it a quick stir and add a splash of milk if needed.

That said, if you really want to halve it dry, just shake the pouch first to mix everything evenly, then weigh out 25g and use roughly 100ml of liquid. You'll get half the protein (10g instead of 20g) but it still works.
