Can I resume a cancelled subscription?Updated 9 days ago
Welcome back! π Yes β you can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time, and it only takes a minute.
How to resume your subscription:
1. Log in to your account at eleatcereal.com
2. Go to "Manage Subscription"
3. Look under "Inactive subscriptions" (you'll see your previous subscription with the cancellation date)
4. Click "Reactivate" on the subscription you'd like to restart
5. Confirm your products, frequency and delivery date
6. Save your changes β you're back in!
A couple of things to note:
- Any first-order discounts you used originally won't reapply to a reactivated subscription
- Your saved payment method and address will carry over (you can update either at any time)
- Your next order will ship on the date you select, not immediately β unless you choose "Order now"
