Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 13 days ago

Because we sell food, we can't accept returns of opened or unsealed products for hygiene reasons. But we'll always make it right if something's gone wrong.

Refunds & exchanges:

  • Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged on arrival, wrong item or missing item — we'll refund or replace immediately, no return needed (just send a photo).
  • First-time customers are covered by our Taste Guarantee — if you don't love your first order, we'll refund it within 30 days.

We currently ship to UK mainland only — there shouldn't be any non-UK returns to organise. If you're an off-mainland customer with an issue, email us and we'll sort it. Please email [email protected] before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and process your refund quickly.
