Here's the exact method (the same one shown on the back of every pouch):

1. Add 80g of dry product to a jar, container, or bowl

2. Pour in 200ml of milk (any kind — dairy, oat, almond, soya) or water

3. Mix well, pop a lid on, and leave in the fridge overnight

In the morning, give it a stir and eat straight from the jar — no cooking, no mess. Add fresh fruit, nut butter or yoghurt if you fancy, but it's already a complete breakfast on its own.

Tips:

  • Want it warm? Microwave for 1 minute and eat hot like porridge
