How does ELEAT ensure quality and food safety?Updated 13 days ago

We take food safety seriously — every pouch of ELEAT goes through the same rigorous standards you'd expect from any UK supermarket-stocked breakfast brand.

Where ELEAT is made

ELEAT is manufactured in the UK by accredited third-party production partners that operate under BRCGS Food Safety standards (the certification used by all major UK retailers). Every facility we work with is independently audited and complies with UK and EU food regulations.

How quality is checked

  • Allergen control: Production lines are deep-cleaned between runs, and allergen swab-testing is built into our HACCP plan.
  • Batch coding: Every pouch carries a batch code and best-before date, so any issue can be traced back to the exact production run.
  • Ingredient sourcing: Our oats, plant proteins and other ingredients come from approved suppliers with their own audits and certifications.
  • Independent testing: Random batches are sent for third-party micro and nutritional testing to verify the spec on the back of pack.

If something's not right

If you ever spot something that doesn't look right with your ELEAT, take a quick photo (including the batch code on the bottom of the pouch where possible) and email [email protected]. We'll investigate, sort you out, and feed it back to the production team.
