Once we've approved your refund, we'll process it back to your original payment method straight away.

Typical timing:

• Card payments: 5–10 working days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: usually within 1–3 working days
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: refunded to the underlying card, so 5–10 working days

The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider — we don't have any control over how quickly they release the money on their side.
