How long should I soak my ELEAT Overnight Oats?Updated 13 days ago
The sweet spot is at least 6 hours — overnight in the fridge is ideal, which is exactly what they're designed for.
Here's what's happening while they soak:
- The oats absorb the liquid and soften, so you get that creamy, pudding-like texture.
- The pumpkin seeds and pea protein hydrate, making everything easier to digest.
- The flavours mingle and develop properly.
In a rush? 2–3 hours will give you a slightly firmer, chewier result that's still delicious — just not quite as creamy.
Going longer? Up to 24 hours is totally fine. Beyond that we'd recommend eating or topping up with a splash more milk before you tuck in.
Make them before bed, wake up to breakfast already done. That's the whole point.
