How much ELEAT should I have per serving?Updated 13 days ago
One serving is the sweet spot for getting the full ELEAT benefit — around 20g of protein with the right balance of fibre and slow-release energy to keep you going until lunch.
Recommended serving sizes
- High Protein Cereal: 50g (about a heaped cup) — that's 5 servings per pouch.
- High Protein Granola: ~50g — that's 6 servings per pouch.
- Overnight Oats: one sachet — that's 5 servings per pouch.
Can I have a bigger bowl?
Of course. If you're a bigger eater, training hard, or just really hungry, scaling up to 75g or 100g is fine — you'll just go through the pouch a bit faster and the protein/calorie totals will scale with you.
Can I have less?
If you're after something lighter (a snack-sized bowl or a topping for yoghurt), 25–30g works well. You'll still get the slow-release energy without filling up before lunch.
Whatever serving size suits you, the nutritional information on the back of pack is calculated per 50g, so you can scale the numbers up or down from there.
