You'll always know what's coming and when:

• 3 days before each renewal, we send you a reminder email with the order date, products and total — plenty of time to make changes if you need to.
• On dispatch day, you'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

• Anytime in between, you can log in to your account at eleatcereal.com and click "Manage Subscription" to see your next billing date and order contents.

Need to skip, swap a flavour or change frequency? Do it from your account at any point up to 24 hours before your next order.
