If you bought ELEAT from a third-party retailer (Amazon, Holland & Barrett, or any other shop), the return needs to be arranged directly with them — they manage their own orders, returns and refunds.

What to do:

• Amazon: log into your Amazon account, go to "Your Orders", and start a return from there.
• Holland & Barrett: contact their customer service or take the item to a store along with your receipt/order confirmation.
• Other retailers: contact their support team — their returns policy will be on their website.
