I got an order I didn't sign up for — what do I do?Updated 14 days ago

If you got an order you weren't expecting, you most likely have an active subscription. Don't worry — we can sort it.

Most surprise orders happen because:

  • You signed up via a discount code that had "subscribe and save" pre-selected at checkout
  • Your first order was a subscription, not a one-off (this is the most common reason)
  • Your subscription is set to renew on a frequency you forgot about

What to do:

1. Log in at eleatcereal.com to check your subscription status

2. Click "Manage Subscription" to see your renewal frequency and next charge date

3. Skip, pause, or cancel your next order from there

4. If the order has already shipped and you don't want it, email us at [email protected] with your order number

We don't believe in surprise charges. If a recent order has caught you out, get in touch and we'll help — refunds, returns or just pausing things until you're ready.
