If we've sent you the wrong flavour, we're really sorry — we'll fix it fast.

To help us sort it quickly, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of the item(s) you received.
  • A photo of the packing slip if it's still in the box.
  • The flavour(s) you were expecting vs what arrived.

Once we've confirmed the mix-up, we'll ship the correct flavour out at no cost — usually within 1 working day. You can keep the incorrect item; no need to send it back.
