My order is delayed or hasn't been shipped yet — what now?Updated 13 days ago

We pack and ship fast — most UK orders go out the same day if placed before 2pm Mon–Fri, and arrive within 2–3 working days.

If your order is taking longer than expected:

• Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays ship the next working day.
• Subscription orders dispatch on your billing date — check the date in your account.
• Occasionally, courier strikes, weather or peak periods can cause short delays beyond our control.
