My order is missing an item — what should I do?Updated 14 days ago

If something's missing from your delivery, please get in touch as soon as you've opened the box so we can sort it.

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of everything you did receive (including the packing slip).
  • The item(s) that are missing.

We'll either ship the missing item to you free of charge or refund it — your choice. Replacements typically dispatch within 1 working day.
