My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what should I do?Updated 13 days ago
Sorry to hear that — let's get this sorted. Tracking that says "delivered" but no parcel in hand is almost always one of a few things, and we have a clear process to follow.
1. Check the obvious places (within the first 24 hours)
- Safe places: porch, behind bins, side gate, garage, shed.
- Neighbours: Evri and Royal Mail will sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour without leaving a card.
- Other household members: someone may have brought it in already.
- Building reception or post room if you're in a flat or shared building.
2. Check the tracking detail
Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Couriers usually log a "delivered" event with a location ("front porch", "neighbour at no. 12") and sometimes a photo of where they left it. That's often the quickest way to find a parcel.
3. Wait 24 hours
This sounds counterintuitive, but couriers occasionally mark items as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off — especially during peak periods. Most "missing" parcels turn up the next working day.
4. If it's still missing, get in touch
If 24 hours have passed and there's still no sign of it, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number.
- The delivery address on the order.
- A note confirming you've checked safe places, neighbours and the tracking photo.
We'll open a claim with the courier and either send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you'd prefer. Our 30-day Taste Guarantee also has you covered if there are any other issues with the order itself.
