Here's how it works:

• You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to let us know if it's not for you
• If you're not happy with the taste, just email us at [email protected]
- Tell us what you tried and what didn't work for you (your feedback genuinely helps us improve)
- We'll make it right — typically with a refund or a swap to a different flavour
A few things to keep in mind:
- The Taste Guarantee applies to first-time orders only (one per household)
- It's not a 30-day window to return unopened stock — it's specifically for if you don't enjoy the taste
- Subscription orders after your first one are covered by our standard returns policy
