What milk should I use with ELEAT Overnight Oats? (and can I use water?)Updated 9 days ago
Honestly? Whatever you love drinking. ELEAT Overnight Oats are designed to work with whichever milk fits your routine — the protein and fibre come from the oats, pea protein and pumpkin seeds, so the milk you choose is all about taste and texture.
Quick guide:
- Dairy milk (whole or semi-skimmed): creamiest result, classic taste, adds extra protein.
- Oat milk: our personal favourite — naturally sweet, makes the oats extra silky.
- Soy milk: highest plant-based protein, neutral flavour.
- Almond or coconut milk: lighter, slightly nutty/tropical — great if you want fewer calories.
Can I use water? Yes — water works perfectly fine and keeps things ultra-low-calorie. The texture will be a touch less creamy and the flavour a bit more mellow, but you'll still get the full 20g of protein and all the fibre. Plenty of our customers prefer it this way after a workout.
Tip: if you're using water and want a bit more richness, stir in a spoonful of yoghurt in the morning.
