Tracking delays can be frustrating — sorry about that! Most tracking numbers update within 1–2 working days of dispatch.
What to do:
- Wait 1–2 working days from your dispatch email — couriers sometimes scan parcels in batches, so updates can be delayed.
- Double-check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email is the correct one.
- Check directly on the Evri or Royal Mail website using your tracking number.
If your tracking still hasn't updated after 2 working days, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase the courier and get back to you.
